Whilst
I am not an expert in the security field, i do work in HR for a large
Australian company that uses behaviour based questions and have listed a
few below. What you should do it review the job ad and highlight the
key requirements eg problem solving. then prepare 2 or 3
answers/situations which shows that requirement, keeping in mind the job
that your applying to.
Tell me about a time you had to defuse a potential violent situation
Tell us about a time you had to remove a patron from a premises
Tell us about a situation when you exceeded a customers expectations
Tell us about a situation which required you to apply first Aid.
we also have safety questions in all our interviews.
