Start off your interview by saying "I will show up on-time and i will work hard". Those are the 2 most important things for any manager.

Don't prepare any answers. Just answer from your heart. Take a few seconds after every question and then do the best you can. If you are confused by the question, say "I am not sure".

Remember that the interview is stressful for the interviewer, too. Talk to her like she was an aunt who you had not seen in a few years.
