encounter any error or mistakes before? How did you deal with it?
2. Have you handled difficult accounts? What effective strategy did you apply to manage such account?
3. How good are in communicating with your clients? What kind of special accommodations have you given to your clients before?
4. What related experience do you have? What related training did you undertake to prepare for this job?
5. What is your edge from the other applicants? or Why should we hire you?
6. Of course, the usual - Why do you want this job? (your answer must be
focused on your career goals and not on your financial problems.)
