Just a few questions I knew:
1. How accurate are you in your accounting skills? Did you have or encounter any error or mistakes before? How did you deal with it?
2. Have you handled difficult accounts? What effective strategy did you apply to manage such account?
3. How good are in communicating with your clients? What kind of special accommodations have you given to your clients before?
4. What related experience do you have? What related training did you undertake to prepare for this job?
5. What is your edge from the other applicants? or Why should we hire you?
6. Of course, the usual - Why do you want this job? (your answer must be focused on your career goals and not on your financial problems.)

Do not confuse your self with probable questions. Try to collect some basic knowledge about the company. In the interview they observe your personality, behaviour, communication style. Usually they give more than 60% marks for these qualities. So attend the interview neatly dressed, With smiling face answer the questions in clear terms. If you do not know the answer, tell them politely.
Be relaxed.
